In a few hours, the LIFE Foundation will host its first-ever Twitter Party. I know…you’ve heard of Twitter and you’ve been to lots of great parties over the years, but you’ve never been to a Twitter Party. So let me tell you how it works.

On Tuesday February 9 from 8-9pm Eastern, LIFE has arranged for author and radio talk show personality Maria Bailey to lead a spirited online dialogue about love and life insurance. Though anyone can participate, our main goal is to engage moms in our online discussion. Maria has quite an online following of mom bloggers, and she’s been spreading the word about our party over the past few weeks.

To follow the discussion and/or participate, log onto Twitter tonight (Feb. 9) between 8-9pm Eastern and type #insureyourlove in the Search field. That will bring up all posts related to the Insure Your Love discussion. Maria will make comments and post questions to everyone following the discussion. To keep things fun, Maria will give away a few Valentine’s Day themed prizes like a Frank Sinatra CD of love songs, Valentine’s Day children’s books, and an Insure Your Love T-shirt. Party goers will earn prizes by answering Maria’s challenges and questions related to….what else…love and life insurance.
