Scholarship Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program.  The LIFE Foundation sponsors the LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program for college students and college-bound high school seniors who have experienced the death of a parent or legal guardian.  To apply you must complete and submit an application, including an essay of no more than 500 words or a video entry of no more than 3 minutes.  You can enter using this online form or you can download a hard copy form by clicking here.  Hard copy forms can either be faxed to: (202) 464-5011, or mailed to: LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program, c/o LIFE Foundation, 1655 North Fort Myer Drive, Suite 610, Arlington, VA 22209.
